Conversion Focused Web Design Project


What They Needed

Jim Coates and Astrid Grawehr, owners of Kryotek Arctic Innovation Inc., needed a professional website design to help generate leads and customers for their new PlacerPro business.

Our Solution

After an initial discovery meeting it was clear that PlacerPro would benefit from our conversion copywriting services. We worked closely with Jim and Astrid to help them clearly define their value proposition and positioning statement.  
What makes their mining investment options unique is that they rigorously pre-qualify all their mining properties using a registered professional placer geologist and a six step process for reducing investment risk. 
Since investing in mining properties is risky we felt it was extremely important to clearly differentiate PlacerPro from its competitors by focusing on their process for reducing risk. 
We accomplished this by using a compelling photograph of a gold nugget at the top of their homepage with their value proposition and a highly visible call-to-action button overlaid on the photograph. We made sure the value proposition and call-to-action button were the most dominant design elements that first time visitors would see when they land on the PlacerPro homepage.
The result is a highly engaging homepage that addresses mining investors primary pain point - reducing the risk of investing in mining properties.

Conversion Tactics We Implemented
