- If not, why not?
- If yes, what did they like best about the online experience?
And 4Q gives you real-time, complete access to the results!
What are the benefits of using 4Q on my website?
Using these findings, you can make changes to your website that will help you convert, retain, or engage more visitors.
With 4Q you can reach out to your website visitors, capture their feedback, and use their insights to help you plan for success.
By listening directly to them, you can understand what works, what doesn’t and what it takes to give them the best possible website experience.
Stop guessing about what’s going on in your visitors’ minds. With 4Q you can start a continuous conversation with users that will help you convert and retain more of the people who visit your website.
How does the invitation work?
4Q employs a two-stage invitation process. When visitors arrive at your site, they will be presented an invitation to participate in a survey after their session. If they accept, a second, minimized window, which contains the survey itself, will be launched and will wait in the background for the visitor to complete his or her session. 4Q surveys are designed to be collaborative brand building exercises, not annoying browsing interruptions.
How can I control how many visitors to my site are invited to participate in my survey?
The invitation rate can be adjusted at any time with one simple click. Just log into your account and click on "Adjust Survey Invitation Rate." Then, move the slider left to decrease the invitation rate or move it right to increase the invitation rate. Remember to keep in mind your traffic figures when making changes to the invitation rate. Too small a sample could produce results that lack statistical validity. But too high a sample rate might mean you are surveying more visitors than you really need to in order to get valid results. It is important to find a balance.
